YOUR ROUTINE. YOUR LITTLE ADVENTURER.
Peptide calculator, GLP-1 shot calendar and macro tracker
PepBoy puts your daily routine in one place: a peptide volume calculator, a personal shot calendar, a searchable food diary and a Monday–Sunday workout planner. Create a pixel character, customize your cap or beanie, and keep your plans on your own device without signing in.
Peptide calculator: mg, mcg and mL
Enter your verified vial amount, final solution volume and prescribed amount to calculate volume in mL and U-100 syringe markings. The calculator does not select a peptide, recommend a dose or provide mixing instructions. Have your pharmacist verify measurements before treatment.
GLP-1 shot tracking and calendar reminders
Organize the days and times from your existing prescribed GLP-1 or peptide treatment plan and record shots already taken. Export recurring reminders to a compatible calendar and check its alert settings. Background app notifications are not connected. Medication changes and missed-dose instructions belong with your prescriber.
TDEE calculator for cut, maintain or bulk
During character setup, estimate maintenance calories from your body inputs and activity level. Choose Cut, Maintain or Bulk, review an adjustable calorie target, and start with editable protein, carbohydrate and fat goals. These are estimates for eligible adults, not a treatment or guaranteed weight-change plan.
Food search and your own food library
Find foods and brands through Open Food Facts, review nutrition per serving, then add them to breakfast, lunch, dinner or snacks. Save repeat foods to My foods, or enter values from your food label. Online search needs internet; saved foods and manual logging work offline after caching.
Can I use PepBoy on an iPhone?
Yes. Open PepBoy in Safari and use Share → Add to Home Screen. It is a web app. Character customization, workout planning and daily logging are included.
Where is my data saved?
Your character, body inputs, goals and logs stay in this browser’s storage. There is no account or cloud sync. Export a backup in Settings before changing devices or clearing site data. Online food searches send the search text to Open Food Facts.
